No. 1 Rose Cottages provides 1 bedroom accommodation and is end terraced.  There is a tiny garden area at rear, with seating.  With the beautiful setting and the attractive stroll down the path ( with bences every so often for resting on) to the beach, most time will probably not be spent in the garden!  A pretty cottage, with lots of character, super for 2 people.

No.1 Rose Cottage is a nicely furnished end terraced 17th cent old world character cottage situated at tiny Lansallos village, 2  1/2  miles from Polperro and 7 miles from Looe, East Cornwall. A tiny, cosy cottage, with a modernised but traditional cottage style interior A rural, picturesque setting, in a National Trust area. Quiet & secluded , ideal for lovers of the country -side & country walks. Under 20 minutes walk via footpath (see photo on inside of brochure cover) to Lansallos beach;  footpaths leading to other mostly secluded beaches. The cottage is next door to Polperro 2. Very popular Looe  has a fishing harbour and beach. Polperro is the prettiest & most photogenic of all Cornish fishing villages. Narrow streets. The colour-washed cottages cling to the steep sides of a long ravine & surround the harbour. A smugglers museum. Chat to fishermen, or watch the catches being landed at the fish quay.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1  has 1 double bed. Duvet. No babies please . Bathroom with bath, & fan heater. Lounge/diner with colour T.V. Kitchen with electric cooker & fridge. Being a tiny cottage it is easy to keep warm.1 electric fire & 1 economy 7 radiator in lounge /diner & 1 convector heater in bedroom. Off the road parking space 50 yards. Small rear lawn. Slate garden path at front of cottage. £1 electric meter. No pets.
